2:00-3:00- Dr. David James “Playwriting 101: Tips from an Insider” Dr. James is a Published Author, College Instructor and Poet Join us for this wonderful session that helps you write your own one-acts!
3:00-4:00- Solo Performances and Feedback – Watch others perform, or register yourself and bring your own 2-4 minute poetry or cutting. These solo performances are done in break-out rooms.
4:00-4:45- Lake Superior State University presents: "Running for the Storm Cellar" from Escaping Tornado Season, a story in poems by Julie Williams. Featuring Kadie Brinks, Gabrielle Castillo, Trevor Lanuzza, and Wayne A. Thompson. Adapted and Directed by Gary L. Balfantz.

5:00-5:30- EMU Group Performances "This Person" By Miranda July, Adapted and Directed by Brian Carbine & "Children's Rhymes" by Langston Hughes adapted and directed by Kristala Pouncy.

7:00-8:30- Kimberly Dark "Becoming the Subject of Your Own Story" Join spoken word performer and sociologist Kimberly Dark for a fun and illuminating evening that will help you see yourself and share your gifts as a more powerful person. Through this series of poems, stories and audience interactions, Kimberly addresses body image, sexuality, and our tendency toward self-objectification – seeing our bodies and our lives through the gaze of others, rather than truly living in ourselves. (rather than the object of another's gaze)

9:45-10:45- Matthew Olzmann - Poetry Workshop "Writing Identity, Real and Imagined." Matthew is a published poet who has worked with many high school and college students. Join us as he helps you to craft your poetry!
10:45-11:15-Eastern Michigan University group performance, "Sex and Sunsets" by Tim Sandlin Adapted and Directed by Barbara Danner.

12:00-12:30–Oakland Community College group performance: Working Poor: A Performance in Two Parts Featuring Lilli Bishop, Jennifer Ward, Chris Brogan, Mollie Macadam, Mary Moon, Amb Beaver, Kelly McCalpin, Stefan Petrat-Reum, and Jessie Agnew
